The Toyota SAI125CB automated counterbalanced stacker is an AGV that handles mixed pallets and provides high productivity and minimised damage.
Conventional racking
Conventional or standard racking from Toyota offers the most flexible solution for frequently changing warehouse layouts. It is ideal for large quantity of unique articles (SKU’s) and individual access to every load.
Automation software
The flexible T-ONE execution system is our intelligent automation software perfectly orchestrates the order and traffic management of the Toyota AGVs and existing infrastructure such as warehouse management systems.
How it works
By combining the reliability of conventional racking with the efficiency of automated guided forklifts, you get a flexible system that meets various warehouse storage needs.
Our automated counterbalanced stacker SAI125CB is suitable for stacking open or closed pallets at low to mid-lift heights (up to 5.4 meters). For lift heights up to 12 m, the forklift can be combined with other Toyota AGVs like the automated reach truck, offering a good ROI thanks to a mixed automation approach.
